Let’s have a chat! This is where we sit down and gather all the information – concerns, goals and even budget (yep, we want to make sure we can cater to you).
Once we have sorted out the nitty-gritty, we will take some photos of your skin using our Observ 520 skin analyser – these photos allow us to see what’s happening underneath, not just on top. We also like to take the photos so we can track your progress (don’t worry they won’t ever be posted without prior consent).
To conclude, we write up a personalised home care prescription and future treatment recommendations.

ADVANCED SKIN CONSULT - $179.00 | 60mins
A 60 minute in depth consultation and LED where we will do a thorough assessment of your skin.
Whilst relaxing and recharging your skin cells underneath our Dermalux LED, your skin clinician will write up your full home prescription and treatment recommendations.

You’re under no obligation to take up our recommendations, but with change comes commitment, and without commitment there will be no change.

LASER CONSULTATION - $30.00 | 15mins
Whether you've had laser elsewhere, we ensure that every single client that walks though our doors knows the risks and of course benefits involved with laser.
Our laser machine is no joke, able to treat ALL skin types for hair removal, pigment, vessels and wrinkle reduction.
We want to sit down with you and make sure you understand possible risks, timeframes, downtime and how successful the treatment will be.
Knowing your medical history is a must as some medications past and present can affect the laser treatment.
Safety is is our upmost number one priority with our clients and by having a consultation we can ensure that you will be safe.
